2013 Boll & Cie Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Extra Brut
Pale yellow; heady, light nose of green apple with a hint of raspberry. Brisk and racy with very fine bubbles; the mouth develops notes of fresh almonds and Mirabelle plum. Dry firm structure, mineral, with delicately balanced acidity. Perfect as aperitif; goes as well with seafood but also cheese or strawberries.
