Boll & Cie Rose Brut

Pale pink robe. Brisk with very fine bubbles; light nose of strawberries and pineapple. The mouth develops notes of fresh almonds and blueberries. Dry firm structure, mineral, with delicately balanced acidity. Ideal for aperitif or dessert.

Grapes are harvested manually, only first press out of three is used for this wine.
Vinification in steel tanks, fermentation at low temperatures (12-13°C),
chilled and filtered through diatomite (Kieselguhr).
Dosage: 2 g/L.
